The 2026 University of Minnesota's Campus Climate Survey gathered input from students, faculty, and staff regarding their views on inclusion at the U of M.
The survey specifically evaluated perceptions of
- the overall inclusiveness of the university community
- individual academic and/or employment experiences
- how social identity may influence experiences and interactions
- fair treatment
